Speaker 1:

Take a few moments now to sit in silence and in stillness, Allowing yourself to fully explore the nature of attachment within your mind. Notice any thoughts or emotions that arise and observe them with a sense of curiosity and non-judgment. Thank you. The cause of suffering is not inherent in external circumstances, but arises from our internal attachment to them. By understanding and letting go of attachment, we can find peace and liberation. As we conclude this meditation, take a moment to express gratitude for the opportunity to understand the cause of suffering. Know that by cultivating awareness and releasing attachment, you're taking an important step on the path to freedom from suffering.
