Speaker 1:

Welcome to the Noble Awakening Meditation. Find a comfortable seated position, close your eyes softly and take a few deep breaths to settle into the moment. Begin by bringing your attention to the sensation of your breath as it flows in and out of your body. Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each breath, allowing yourself to fully connect with the present moment, moment. As you continue to breathe, I invite you to reflect on the fourth noble truth, the noble truth of the path leading to the cessation of suffering mekkat. This truth teaches us that there is a path we can follow to attain liberation. Take a moment to cultivate a sense of clarity and insight within yourself. Allow yourself to imagine what it would feel like to be fully awakened and free from the cycle of suffering.

Speaker 1:

With each inhale, breathe in the qualities of the Noble Eightfold Path. Breathe in the qualities of the Noble Eightfold Path Morality, tila, concentration, tamari and Wisdom, kinyah. With each exhale, let go of any obstacles or hindrances on the path. Take a few moments now to sit in silence and in stillness, allowing yourself to fully embody the qualities of virtue, concentration and wisdom. Notice any thoughts or sensations that arise and gently guide your attention back to the breath and the path. Thank you. The path to liberation is not a linear journey, but a continuous practice of cultivating wisdom and compassion. By following the Noble Eightfold Path, we can free ourselves from the bonds of suffering and attain true happiness. As we conclude this meditation, take a moment to express gratitude for the opportunity to walk the path to liberation. Know that by cultivating mindfulness and following the Noble Eightfold Path, you are taking the steps towards true freedom and awakening. Thank you,
